Question: Thank you for you time at the Pre-Bid- Only 3 Vendors were at the Mandatory pre-bid. 1) Wanted to confirm those that did not show up/attend will not be eligible to participate in the RFP.. ? 2) In the Scope of Work- (#10) it states : Weed control, fertilizer and ant abatement needs to be applied on a consistent basis to keep the grounds free from weeds, ants and to keep the grounds healthy.. Are we to assume there is no Turf Fertilizer treatments included in the Scope of Work. If so, would it be for just around the fine mowing areas? (approx. 3.28 acres) 3) Do we need to be present for the Bid Opening on 5/16 at 2pm 4) Who is the Current Vendor? 5) Do the mowing services need to be completed in one day? Or can we break them out in 2 work days?
