Or is it referring to the renewals for the future years of the same events? • Item 8 Indemnification – would the county be open to striking the word SOLE, where it states attribute to the sole negligence of the county?
Response: The Fair is the main event; however, if another event (planned or emergency) comes up that we need fencing for we will utilize this contract for that. No revisions to the terms and conditions will be allowed.
