Description: NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the CITY OF RATON is now accepting competitive sealed bids for the Bisconti Building Demolition Project (Project No. COR-250612).
The work shall generally consist of the demolition, removal, loading, hauling, filling, rough grading, and legal and approved disposal of one designated commercial structure located at 228 South Second Street in Raton, New Mexico.
Sealed bids shall be received until Thursday July 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the office of the City Treasurer/Chief Procurement Officer as follows:

Sealed Bids received after this date and time will be returned unopened. All Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after the specified closing time.
