Description: Okeechobee County is proposing to construct roof extensions over four existing exterior walkways located at the North and South Concourses of the existing 74,000 square foot Agri-Civic Center Arena and, to design a roof extension over the existing livestock staging area located on the easternmost end of the facility. Services shall include, but not be limited to: design, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil engineering, drawings, preparation of preliminary and final construction drawings with complete specifications and contract documents suitable for solicitation of bids and permit issuance for this project and Construction Administration Services.
