Description: This bid is for the encapsulation of the crawlspace and chiller room located at the City of Griffin – Welcome Center. The purpose of the bid is to address the moisture issue located in the crawlspace and chiller room. All work must be performed in a workmanlike manner and should include all work and material as specified herein. In all cases where a device or part of equipment is herein referred to in the singular number, it is intended that such reference will apply to as many such devices as are required to complete the installation.
