This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued by the Calhoun County Land Bank Authority (CCLBA) for
environmental abatement services on identified grant funded project sites as well as for general projects
funded by the CCLBA and Treasurer. The CCLBA owned, and in some instances Calhoun County Treasurer
owned, project sites (see example list in Appendix A) are being demolished or rehabilitated through grant or
general CCLBA funds; this RFP covers future project sites, which have not been identified yet.
