Description:

The City of Milton is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide an Electronic Plan Review, Permitting & Inspections Software. It will be acquired by the Department of Community Development, but will be used by other departments that are involved with permitting and inspecting.

 Three main functions of the Department of Community Development are:

·         Accepting permit applications and processing payments associated with review and permit fees;

·         Examining plans and related construction documents for code compliance; and

·         Issuing permits and submitting requests for inspections.

The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
