Description: Rio Rancho Public Schools (“RRPS”) is seeking professional architectural design services for the Rio Rancho CTE – Automotive Building. The procurement method for construction documents needs to be designed utilizing the CMAR Design procurement approach. Offerors need to demonstrate their experience using CMAR as a procurement method for construction services and construction boilerplate/contract documents. The MACC for the CTE Automotive Building is 19.1 million and an architect fee schedule is referenced in Appendix E, which is included as an attachment. (Dependent upon available funding)
