This project involves roadway and streetscape improvements to West 7^th Street (SR 99/US 412). The project is located in Columbia TN on West 7^th St., between Beckett St. and High St.   The work to be done consists of reconstruction of West 7th St. to include a three lane typical section, sidewalks and shared use path, bike lanes, streetscape features, landscaping, lighting, underground utilities, signalization and resurfacing.  The total length of the project is 0.33 miles.
