Description: The City of Woodstock, Georgia, herein referred to as the City, is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the purpose of rehabilitating the existing detention pond located at 9904 Highway 92 property. This includes but is not limited to excavating and removing excess sediment that has accumulated in the pond, replacing the outlet control structure, storm drain and manhole installation, rip-rap installation, tree/brush removal, and final erosion control stabilization, hereinafter referred to as the “Project”.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre-bid conference / site visit (not mandatory) for all bidders will be held at the job site located at 9904 Highway 92, Woodstock, GA 30188 on Tuesday, August 6th, 2024 at 3 pm.
