Raton Water Works, WWTP Sludge Disposal Site

Notice is hereby given that competitive sealed bids will be accepted by Raton Water Works for the WWTP Sludge Disposal Site Project. The work shall generally consist of: Building a new sludge field, including berm, diversion ditch, access road, and culverts with end sections and erosion protection.

Complete digital bid documents are available on the QuestCDN Project Bid Management System, which requires bidders to register at no cost at www.questcdn.com. Registered bidders can download the bid documents for this project (QuestCDN Project No. 9180215) for a nonrefundable fee of $22. Contact QuestCDN at (952) 233-1632 for any questions concerning their website. The QuestCDN Project Q&A will be the official venue for posting questions and answers. Questions posted to the Engineer after August 6, 2024 may not be answered. There will be a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference scheduled for this project on August 2, 2024 at 2:00 PM. The location for the meeting will be at the Raton WWTP at 520 Hereford Ave, Raton, NM 87740.

Bids will be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN VirtuBidTM online bidding, or by sealed paper copy delivered to office of the General Manager as follows until August 15, 2024 at 3:00 pm. Bids received after this date and time will be returned unopened. You can submit an electronic bid after the question deadline for a non-refundable submission fee of $20. Project bid documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN which will add your company to the Planholder List and allow access to VirtuBidTM for the online submittal of your bid. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the amount bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
