Question: What is the term length for this contract?

Response: The initial term of the contract shall commence upon the date of its execution and shall continue for an initial term of five (5) years. This Agreement shall be automatically renewed for 5 successive one-year renewal periods unless terminated by either party giving the other party notice of termination in writing at least ninety (90) days in advance of the end of the initial or any renewal term. The compensation payable by Owner to Operator during any renewal period shall be the same as that payable during the initial term unless the parties shall agree to the contrary in writing in advance of that renewal.
