Description: It is the intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to enter into a five (5) year agreement to provide the City of Myrtle Beach Convention Center with preventative maintenance and repairs of all partitions and their related components.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place at the City of Myrtle Beach Procurement Office located at 3231 Mr. Joe White Avenue. On-time attendance and sign-in are required for bid consideration. No late attendees will be admitted. After pre-bid, vendors are also required to schedule a site visit and conduct an initial inspection of the partitions to ensure that the bidder is familiar with the types, sizes, and quantity of partitions to be covered under the contract and to ensure that the bidder fully understands the services that will be required during the term of the contract.
