Overview:
Addendum 1 serves two purposes:
1) The addendum provides a list of the questions that were received and the answers to each of those questions.
2) The addendum provides an updated Bid Tab (Exhibit A). This was required due to questions 16, 17 and 18. The updated Bid Tab (Exhibit A) includes line 22 for the Horton Road and line 21 for Spaniel Lane.

Addendum # 2 is to address a question regarding Section 25.3B through 25.3B5-b of IFB 2021-20. Section 25.3B through 25.3B5-b is included in the addendum and is located on page 160 of the IFB. That section provides instructions regarding the testing of the storm drains. This test is not required and so that section of the IFB should be disregarded.
