A virtual prebid conference will be held at 11:00 AM EST November 29, 2023 via Microsoft Teams to allow potential Bidders an opportunity to obtain clarification of the specifications and requirements of the solicitation. The County will hold two (2) optional site visits on November 29, 2023 at 1:00 PM and December 1, 2023 at 11:00 AM at 2020 14th Street, Arlington VA 22201. Bidders desiring to attend the pre-bid site visit should register by emailing bhenley@arlingtonva.us with the list of members who plan to attend the pre-bid site visit by 3:30 p.m. the day prior to the pre-bid site visit. A maximum of (4) four people may attend from each company.

Question: The only door from the “loading dock” is a 3 foot door. Why does the AE show walls, doorframes and water fountains being removed to access the machine rooms, when the first door the equipment needs to be taken through is less than 3 feet wide?
