Description:

Separate sealed Proposals for the construction of W. J. Hooper WPP Residuals Handling Improvements will be received by the Clayton County Water Authority at 1600 Battle Creek Road, Morrow, Georgia 30260 until 3:00 p.m. local time, the 2nd day of April 2019, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.  Proposals will be opened and only names of Proposers will be read aloud.  Any proposals received after the specified time will not be considered.  Proposals must remain valid for 120 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at the W.J. Hooper Water Production Plant (WPP), 70 Oakdale Drive, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281 on March 14, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. local time, to discuss the Project.  The non-mandatory pre-proposal will be immediately followed by a mandatory site visit.  A second mandatory site visit will be held on March 18, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. for any proposer not able to attend the first mandatory site visit.  A proposal submitted by a proposer not having attended one of the two mandatory site visits will not be opened.
