Description:

This project was originally let in August.  The scope of work has been changed and the project is being re-solicited.                                                                                                                               Work will include but not be limited to removing approx. 3968 ft of existing roof material and replacing with a new fluid applied roof coating. remove and replace sheet metal flashing and trim, install new headwall flashing, and z-flashing.
Exterior wall will consist but not be limited to removing all existing construction joints and resealing, to include window and door frame wall joints and non operable joints. repair concrete wall areas, prepare and apply fluid applied elastomeric coating to metal doors and frames, window frames and adjoining metal, remove existing metal wall panels.
