Description: The District is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified proposers to provide Information Technology Maintenance Services as described herein. The scope of work as outlined in this RFP establishes the minimum requirements to be provided by the successful bidder(s).
With a staff of approximately 200, the District operates two main school facilities, a district office, a transportation facility, and a maintenance facility. Future District expansions may include additional school classroom buildings, a new Transportation facility, and a new district office. Since the District does not have its own IT staff, the District contracts IT services. This contract is overseen by the District's Human Resources Officer. The District's inventory of IT hardware and software includes approximately 24 switches, six servers, firewalls, more than 2,000 endpoint devices, more than 40 printers, and more than 150 phones.

Overview: 1. What is the budget? The current cost of the combined services is $151,040 annually. A new budget has not been established.
2. Who is the incumbent? EagleTree Technologies, LLC
3. What was the previous spending, if any? This contract does not incur any additional costs for us.
4. Are these services fully remote? No, this contract requires someone to be present at our primary K-12 campus during our 12-month workday schedule. Likewise, there are on-site requirements for school board meetings, high school graduation, and so on, which occur outside of regular business hours.
5. Can we go with the email submission? No. Per the bid publication, V.G., bidders must submit 1 original, one electronically (usb drive), and 3 copies of their completed proposal.
