The City of Griffin is accepting proposals from qualified architectural design
firms to conduct a comprehensive space needs assessment, provide layout/design
options, cost projection and design a conceptual facility plan to house all of
the various operations of the City’s Public Works Department.
In this initial phase, the City is requesting a statement of qualifications and
pricing. The successful supplier will complete an assessment of existing
spaces, and recommend a plan for space allocation, renovation and property
acquisition based on the analysis that will meet the current and future needs
of the Public Works Department.
