Base Bid scope of work includes the removal and demolition of all components necessary
for the preparation of the existing metal roof panel system as required to install a new
insulation system and mechanically attached thermoplastic roof membrane. The scope of
work also includes the demolition and removal of the existing built-in / concealed gutter
system and associated components for the replacement with a new external gutter system
and associated components.
