Description: NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that RATON WATER WORKS, a municipally owned corporation operating out of Raton, New Mexico, will be accepting sealed proposals from highly qualified and experienced consulting firms to establish a long-term partnership through a Master Service Agreement with a prime vendor capable of providing comprehensive engineering services for its municipal water and wastewater infrastructure systems. This MSA will enable Raton Water Works to efficiently access a broad spectrum of engineering expertise necessary for the thorough assessment, proactive maintenance, and strategic improvement of its essential water and wastewater assets. The health, safety, and economic vitality of the City of Raton are intrinsically linked to the reliable and efficient operation of these critical infrastructure systems. Therefore, the selection of a capable and experienced engineering firm through this competitive process is of paramount importance to ensure the continued provision of high-quality water and wastewater services to the community.

Raton Water Works shall receive one (1) original, and four (4) copies of their proposal in a sealed envelope identifying their response to RFP No. RWW-2025-02 “Comprehensive Engineering Services for Lakes, Dams and Related Watershed Infrastructure,” in the office of the Raton Water Works General Manager until 5:00 P.M., on Monday, June 27, 2025, at the following location:
