Description:

Dawson County Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Dawson County Board of Commissioners, is issuing this Notice of Sale – Invitation for Bid (NOS-IFB) to notify the public of real properties to be sold to the highest bidder through the sealed bid process.  The tax parcels included in this NOS-IFB are as follows:   #082-006-001 and #092-001-001, sold as one property; #023-001; #015-068; #016-098 and #016B-096.  

Sealed bids may be delivered to 25 Justice Way, Suite 2223, Dawsonville, GA 30534 until 10:30AM, on November 18, 2019. The outside of the shipping container/envelope must be marked with the appropriate bid number and title. Immediately following the deadline, the names and bid prices of bidders will be recorded and read in the Administration Training Room at the above address.  The tentative award date is December 19, 2019.

The Dawson County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award the bid based on the highest and best interests of Dawson County.
