Question: 1. Spec 5 outlines virtual presentations, but these appear to be scheduled prior to the bid due date. • How are these vendors selected for interviews prior to bid? 2. Spec 12, 2.1, C, 3, e; states “The software shall provide Visitor Management Module for up to 250,000 visitors annually”. However, Visitor Management is also a separate RFP and it is stated in Spec 5, 4; “The District may select one vendor for the “Visitor Management System” and one vendor for the “Access Door System” and yet another for a “Camera System” or any combination thereof”. In addition; Spec 3, 3, 3C; requests product information from the Visitor Management and its capabilities and integration. • Is the visitor management system required to be a component of the Access Control software, or is a separate (but integrated) system acceptable? 3. Spec 12, 2.1, H, 10; indicates credential types. How many of each type should be included in this quote? 4. Spec 13, 3.10 says “Provide system server per specification”, but no other details are provided. • Will the access control server be owner provided or should it be provided under this scope? • If contractor provided, is this server to be located on premise or is cloud hosted an option? • Will the District IT Team support updates to an on premise server or is that the responsibility of the contractor? 5. Spec 13, 3.10 references a Door Hardware Appendix A that was not included as part of this bid package. A pdf titled “DISTRICT DOORS” was provided listing doors and hardware without explanation. • What do the A, E, and R/R notes on the DISTRICT DOORS spreadsheet indicate? (Add, Existing, Repair/Replace)? • Aiphone intercoms are indicated on this spreadsheet. o Are they existing or provided under this scope? o Will door release via Aiphone be required? 6.
