Specifications may be picked up at the Springfield Electric Department, 1000 Central Ave.W., during normal business hours or downloaded at www.springfield-tn.org. Contractors are strongly encouraged to tour the properties with a representative of the department before submitting a quote. Call Nicky Pinson at (615)384-6770 for questions or to arrange a tour. Sealed bids must be received in the Office of the City Recorder by 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 14, 2018. The City of Springfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
