Question: On sheet M-600 on the AHU Schedule, note 2 states "As an alternate provide and install a Bi-polar Ionization air cleansing system. Must Comply with UL2996 and ASHRAE 62.1." The bid Schedule in the Bid Documents, pg 16, does not have a line item for an alternate. Are we to include this "alternate " in the base bid or will the bid form be modified to have an alternate line item?
