Description: The selected Consultancy will examine water and wastewater needs (including financial considerations) either presented by the jurisdictions or independently discovered by the Consultancy. As its earliest task it will develop and present a rating matrix of projects by jurisdiction, local priority, preliminary cost estimate, and probability of securing grant or low interest funding along with a road map for funding and completion in the current economic environment. The Consultancy will develop and propose scope, schedule and fee for each Task contemplated under the Agreement.



It is expected that the Agreement will be in effect until December 31, 2026, or until the deadline for disbursement of Federal or State Infrastructure funding whichever is later.
