Description: The scope of work includes demolition and removal of all deteriorated wood and hardware associated with the wooden ramp for small boats (see attached construction drawings and pictures). In addition, improvements are to be made to the floating dock, aluminum gangway treadplate and the wooden observation deck.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for April 26, 2022, at 8:00 a.m., at 6000 Lake Washington Road, Melbourne, FL 32934. We will meet a t the boat ramp pavilion.. The purpose of the pre-bid conference is to clarify requirements of this solicitation. Note: The site is only accessible by boat. Contractors with boats are encouraged to bring them to this pre-bid meeting.
