Description: The City of Battle Creek will accept sealed bids for the Grinding and Removal of Wood Debris in Brice Pit Project. This project consists of, but is not limited to grinding services of woody debris, logs, and brush at Brice Pit, our compost facility located at 715 W River Road. The scope of work shall include all mobilization, labor, transportation, disposal, and site clean-up associated with grinding/chipping and removal of this debris. The woody debris may include but is not limited to brush, branches, limbs (all with and without leaves), along with partial tree trunks. The debris may vary in condition from green to dead, from a variety of species. The area to be removed is ±30,750 Cyd.
