Question 1
Posted: 4/7/2025
Question: Can WSD provide the 12-month average monthly volume report for each machine currently in the district -- breaking it down by mono prints, color prints, location, machine model, any other pertinent information?
Response: A volume report has been posted.
Question 2
Posted: 4/9/2025
Question: Hi Tim, My name is Jeff Schoor. I am putting together a quote and proposal for your MFD Fleet. I had a quick question about the Desktop Printer Maintenance. I did not see any information regarding what types of printers you are wanting service for. Could you provide me with the make and model of the printers you have, how many printers you want added to the service agreement and if you have volumes for them as well. If you do not know the exact volumes that is fine. The main thing I would need to get an accurate quote is the information about what the printer is and how many printers there will be.
Response: A volume report has been posted.
Question 3
Posted: 4/9/2025
Question: For the specs of the copiers do they all need to have FAX capabilities?
Response: Yes
Question 4
Posted: 4/10/2025
Question: We have been reading through your RFP and need to ask a question. Americom has 21 techs and does not have any school districts with over 100 copiers. In RFP it states that you need 30+ techs and school districts with over 100 copiers. Does this disqualify us before we even start our proposal? Thanks, Chris Braudis (Americom Imaging Systems)
Response: Yes this would not meet our specifications.
Question 5
Posted: 4/11/2025
Question: Is there a list of the printers with a breakdown of the models, B&W/Color volumes, etc.?
Response: A volume report has been posted.
Question 6
Posted: 4/11/2025
Question: In regard to your existing PaperCut environment, please advise on the following: What version MS server is hosting the PaperCut? How many site servers, if any or is there just one main server for PaperCut? Are users authenticating by card or pin code?
Response: Microsoft server 2022 and we have just one main server. Users can authenticate by card or pin code.
Question 7
Posted: 4/11/2025
Question: Could you please provide a copy of your existing PaperCut MF license file? This file is typically located on your server in one of the following default locations: Windows: C:\Program Files\PaperCut NG\server\application.license macOS: /Applications/PaperCut NG/server/application.license Linux: ~papercut/server/application.license
Response: We are not willing to share that information publicly. Is there a specific question that we can answer?
Question 8
Posted: 4/11/2025
Question: Could you confirm the type of authentication card technology currently in use for badge access at your copiers? For example, are you using HID Prox, iClass, or another card type?
Response: HID

Response: 23.0
