Fort Hays State University (FHSU) is seeking bids for Alcohol Beverage Services at FHSU Football Games, beginning Fall 2023. Mandatory attendance is required at the pre-bid meeting scheduled at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at the FHSU football game. Please RSVP to Kathy Herrman, purchasing@fhsu.edu, by 12:00 p.m. on Monday, October 31, 2022. On the day of the game, please enter the east side of Lewis Field Stadium by going to the Will Call ticket booth on the south to get your ticket to enter Lewis Field. Please meet under the scoreboard on the north side of the field at 12:00 p.m.
