Description:

Dorchester County, South Carolina will be accepting Bids from qualified contractors on the forms attached hereto, all information on which must be appropriately completed for submission of proposals for renovations to the community building at Texas Community Park located at 171 Texas Park Rd., St. George, SC 29477.  The extent of roof work is currently unknown and a $1,000 allowance is included on the bid form.  The extent of septic repair is unknown a $5,000 allowance is included on the bid form.  County reserves right to pull these two items from the scope of work and procure directly.
