DESCRIPTION: The City is soliciting proposals for the purpose of contracting for propane (LPG) conversion equipment and installation for City fleet vehicles.

PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: The purpose of this conference will be to clarify the contents of this Request For Proposals (RFP) in order to prevent any misunderstanding of the City's position. Any doubt as to the requirements of this RFP or any apparent omission or discrepancy should be presented to the City at this conference. The City will then determine the appropriate action necessary, if any, and issue a written amendment to the RFP. Oral statements or instructions shall not constitute an amendment to this RFP. Lack of attendance at the pre-proposal conference may result in your proposal being rejected.

 

 

 

Proposals must be in the actual possession of the Purchasing Department at the location indicated, on or prior to the exact time and date indicated above. Proposals received by the correct time and date shall be publicly acknowledged.  Late proposals shall not be considered.
