Most payments will go through our lockbox in the form of ACH deposits. Those payments are deposited into the Wells Fargo Bank and supporting documentation is sent to our billing company for posting to accounts. 2. Are credit card payments allowed? If yes, who will be responsible for the credit card transaction fees? Credit Card payments are allowed and the billing company pays the processing fees as a service to us. 3. Who is the county’s current billing vendor? EMS Management & Consultants, Inc. 4.Would the vendor be required to include cellular data plans for each of the 28 Panasonic ToughBooks? No
