Description: The City of Germantown currently has 62 hazard trees that need to be removed, pruned, or reduced to mitigate any potential hazards. Currently, there is approximately 1474” DBH that need to be removed, and one tree needing pruning or other structural work. These numbers could change as more trees are discovered, as trees fall naturally, or if city crews remove a tree. The current list of trees are in our 29 parks and along the paved greenway that runs east and west on the north side of the city. A list of currently identified trees, their approximate location, size, common name, and work to be done has
been provided, as well as a map of tree locations for each park that requires work.
