Description: The City of Winchester owns a 19,000 +/- square foot building that was a former car dealership. We are soliciting qualifications for engineering and architectural services to develop a plan for renovation. The property was purchased with the intent to become our main fire hall. We are soliciting qualifications of firms to develop the plan. The City of Winchester will work closely with the firm to assure that the plans meet the Fire Department needs. Once the plans are complete the City of Winchester will handle the bid process and construction oversite.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Pre-bid meeting will be held at the site location 800 South College Street, Winchester, TN 37398. Fire Chief Gary Greeson will do a walk through at that time and note what is to be included.
