Description: Beaufort County’s Public Works Department is requesting bids to provide CR14 Stone, No. 4 Stone, and Rip Rap from a qualified supplier in support of their daily operations. The Department estimates it will need 5000 tons of each product for one year period. The price will be a fixed base price in accordance with the price sheet. Each company must provide a fixed price per ton for each item and include SC 6% sales tax plus the delivery cost for each location. Our intent is to award the contract to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder and for the awarded contractor to supply and deliver the product on an on-call basis.
