Sealed bids for the sale of real property located at 2006 Reynolds Avenue, North Charleston will be received by the City of North Charleston Procurement Department until 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, September 29, 2020, at North Charleston City Hall Lane, 3^rd Floor, Rhett Conference Room, North Charleston, SC 29406 at which time and place all Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

 There will be an “Open House” Tuesday, September 15, 2020 from 10:00 am to 12:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. for vendors interested in viewing the property.  The building will be open during this time frame only.
