Description: The City of Myrtle Beach will be receiving bids for asphalt resurfacing of various streets throughout the city. There are approximately 138,000 SY of milling and paving. All work shall be completed by August 1st, 2026. All questions regarding this project must be submitted in writing to Brandon Hancock (Buyer) at bhancock@cityofmyrtlebeach.com no later than Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 5:00PM (local time). Receipt time will be marked by when the questions are received, not when they are sent. All bid submissions must be received by the Procurement Office prior to Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at 2:00PM (local time). No late or electronic submissions will be accepted. The City is not responsible for late or misdirected mail.
