This addendum becomes a part of the specifications for the above referenced freezer and shelving bid for the Child Nutrition Program and is recognized by its inclusion in the response package.
Item 1:
The bid due dates and times on page 1 is being changed from June 6, 2018 @ 9 a.m. to June 4, 2018 @ 9 a.m.
Item 2:
Question: Are copies of invoices required to be submitted with the bid packet to support the costing used in the bid submission.
Answer: From that period of time mentioned in the bid, yes.
Item 3:
Question: On page 18, in the pricing section, the red onions lists a 5-10# bag. We need clarification on the bag size so we can properly extend the item.
Answer: 5 lb bag on the onions.
