Question 1

Posted: 8/4/2021

Question: Hello, I noticed that the RFQ states that the due date is 8/19/2021 and the Vendor Registry sealed solicitation information states that the bid is due 9/19/2021. Just wanted to make the team aware.

Response: Thank you for noticing this error! The correct date is 8/19/21, August 19, 2021.

Question 2

Posted: 8/4/2021

Question: #1 There are conflicting dates in the RFQ. It is stated that a submittal is due on August 3, 2021 which is the date the RFQ was issued. In another location it indicates the RFQ is due by August 19, 2021 and yet they won't be reviewed until September 16, 2021. Seeking confirmation on the dates. #2 There is no reference to when the scope of work needs to be completed. When does the EPA Cleanup Grant expire? #3 A work plan is requested that demonstrates the firm's capacity to complete the work. Can you provide more detail on what you are looking for here because a "work plan" was already prepared and submitted to EPA that outlines the various steps/documents/activities that need to be completed that follow the EPA process. Thank you!

Response: #1 My sincere apologies regarding the dates. The document is now corrected. The due date for the proposals is AUGUST 19, 2021 by 3:00 p.m. #2 There is no reference to when the scope of work needs to be completed. When does the EPA Cleanup Grant expire? The EPA grant will need to be closed by September 30, 2023. The timeline in the EPA approved workplan is established as guidance and can be amended as a consultant comes on board and begins work. #3 A work plan is requested that demonstrates the firm's capacity to complete the work. Can you provide more detail on what you are looking for here because a "work plan" was already prepared and submitted to EPA that outlines the various steps/documents/activities that need to be completed that follow the EPA process. This is intended to establish how the consultant will complete the tasks identified in the EPA approved workplan, what approach will they take in completing the project. I will have these other questions addressed and answered.
