Description:

The School Board of Martin County, Florida, in compliance with Florida Statute 287.055, Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), is seeking qualified, experienced, licensed General Contractors or licensed Building Contractors to provide professional construction services as authorized by F.S. 1013.45, and be responsible for Construction Management @ Risk (CMR) deliverables to renovate, repair, add and replace the South Fork High School (SFHS) Sports Complex and Fields, site drainage system and chiller plan and HVAC system located at 10000 SW Bulldog Way, Stuart, FL 34997 – all in accordance with the terms, conditions, plans, specifications and drawings set forth in the RFQ.

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 3/11/2020 10:00 AM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A Mandatory Preproposal Meeting will be held on March 11, 2020, at 10:00am, at South Fork High School (SFHS), Media Center, 10000 SW Bulldog Way, Stuart, FL 34997. All Interested Proposers are required to attend this Mandatory Preproposal Meeting in order for their submittal to be considered. Proposers must sign-in on the attendance log prior to 10:00am, sign in log shall act as proof of attendance. Meeting will start promptly at 10:00am. Proposers that arrive after 10:00am will be considered late and shall not be permitted to sign the attendance log. A site visit will follow the mandatory preproposal meeting. Failure to attend the Mandatory Preproposal Meeting shall be cause for disqualification of Proposer’s submittal.
