Description: To provide all labor, materials and equipment to construct the Lake Josephine Drive Improvements Project. The work consists of reconstruction of Lake Josephine Drive from approximately 1.8 miles west of US 27 to US 27 in Sebring, FL, construction of the associated drainage improvements and construction or reconstruction, as appropriate, of the existing side road approaches and driveways. Contractor will have one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days to complete the project after the date when the contract times commence to run.
