Separate, sealed Bids will be received for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the installation of Street and Drainage Improvements in Pierce County, Georgia for the 2020 Community Development Block Grant, Grant No, 20P-Y-113-1-6155 until 10:00am (local time), Monday, August 2, 2021, at which time bids will be opened and read.

The Scope of Work Includes: Street and Drainage Improvements to Satilla Trail, Pine Ridge Trail, Fox Squirrel Drive, Quail Trail, and Oakwood Bend in the Sandy Bottom Neighborhood. All work on the project must be completed within 240 consecutive calendar days of date of Notice to Proceed.
