Description: Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from licensed general contractors for the Pace Library Addition. The Pace Library is located at 4750 Pace Patriot Blvd in Pace, Florida. The project consists of an expansion of the library by approximately 1,500 square feet to allow for a meeting space separate from the main library, and construction of additional parking.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre-bid meeting will be held on May 17, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at the Santa Rosa County Engineering Department, Conference Room, 6051 Old Bagdad highway, Suite 300, Milton, Florida 32583. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend.
