Response: This is not available at this time but will be provided to the successful firm
2.What is the primary catalyst for the RFP?
Response: Complexity of markets and program structures, evaluation of currentprograms to determine if there are opportunities for improvement, and updatingprograms to reflect current industry trends.
3.Are there any issues with the current carriers listed in the Schedule of Insurance thatinfluenced the timing of the RFP?
Response: No known issues
4.Is the City looking to consolidate brokers (currently have 3)?
Response: The City currently has coverage with two brokers. Consolidation of brokerswill be evaluated upon receipt of proposals.
5.Has Johnson City approached Tennessee Risk Management Trust (TNRMT) formembership?
Response: No
6.How satisfied is the City with the current service and support from current brokers andcurrent carriers?
Response: Satisfied
