Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 9/29/2023 9:00 AM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting is required. Only those proposers who attend the pre-proposal meeting at 9:00 a.m. on September 29th, 2023 shall be eligible for submission of a proposal. The pre-proposal meeting shall be held at Southeast High Baseball Complex, 1954 Riverbend Road, Dalton, GA. 30721. A mandatory Pre-Proposal tour of the facilities is required. It shall be the sole responsibility of the proposer to visit each facility to acquaint itself with the nature and extent of the work involved. Site visits shall start immediately after the Pre-Proposal meeting on September 29th, 2023, and shall leave from Southeast High Baseball Complex, 1954 Riverbend Road, Dalton, GA. 30721. Proposers are required to attend all site visits. Transportation to all sites shall be up to the proposer. The district shall have representatives to conduct tours and answer questions. The tour is mandatory for proposers. ** Proposers that show up 5 minutes late shall not be allowed to participate. **
