Description: The work includes the addition of new storm drainage culverts, catch basins, GABC, and asphalt pavement along Van Buren Avenue. An additive bid is also included for the installation of a new 6” diameter water main (replacing an older smaller water main). The Additive Bid is a part of this project. Also included are incidental construction items necessary to accomplish the project, all as shown on the project drawings and as specified.
Note: The additive bid is desired to be worked as a part of this contract. However, the City of North Charleston reserves the option to separate the additive bid from this project and complete it as a separate contract.
