Description:

The Lockhart Independent School District is requesting proposals for "Cellular Services” for our campuses and departments.  
Scope of Services: 

Lockhart ISD has the need for the following types of service for the quantity noted at a minimum.

QTY. 85 -  iPhones with Voice, Data, Text and Email Services. Pricing should be provided for all current models available.

QTY. 4 - Hot Spots with minimum 4G connectivity

OPTIONAL: QTY. 85 - Rugged Protective Case with Screen Protector for iPhone Models

The District currently uses no more than 15,000 pooled minutes of talk time. The district would like to keep existing phone numbers. The district may add and delete lines during the contract period. Texting will be allowed from any phone. The district requires unlimited texting.

The vendor will need to be onsite to ensure proper transition of existing phone numbers and data to new devices.

Online accounting is needed for adding, deleting, viewing bills, and ordering new phones, etc. Training will need to be provided for online access.

It will be the responsibility of vendor to provide the district a roll out plan of new phones that fits the needs and schedule of the district.

Coverage must be adequate for in and around all Lockhart ISD facilities. The district has a right to test any equipment before signing a contract. If additional equipment is needed to enhance coverage within buildings once the contract is signed, DIR contract pricing should be used.
