Description: Sealed Bids for the completion of the Murfreesboro 2019 HOBAS Inspection Project will be received by City of Murfreesboro Water Resources Department - Operations & Maintenance Division located at 1725 South Church Street, Murfreesboro, TN 37130, until 10:00 A.M. local time on September 18, 2019, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.   Request for Information (RFIs) will be accepted until noon local time on September 11, 2019, via email to the issuing office as listed below.  No verbal questions will be accepted.  No requests will be accepted after this time.  Responses will be sent to all plan holders via email by close of business on September 13, 2019.     The Project requires MSI inspections including CCTV, LiDAR, and SONAR to measure deformation and ovality of approximately 1,100 LF of 54-inch, 8,800 LF of 48-inch, and 14,750 LF of 36-inch HOBAS sanitary sewer pipe. Due to the collapse and emergency repairs of similar large-diameter HOBAS pipe in the area, timely completion the project is critical and a 24-hour, 7-day work week will be allowed except for in a few key residential areas where work will not be allowed on midnight Sunday morning until 7:00 AM Monday morning. MWRD staff will provide pre-cleaning of pipes and clearing of easements prior to the inspection of each pipe. The scope of the project will include all pipe inspections with all tools, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the job according to the specifications.
