Question: 1. I walked the circumference of the clearwell off with a measuring wheel – 587’ – the sides of the clearwell are roughly 4’ tall. That is around 29,000 square feet. – the bid doc estimates 4900. The bid doc estimates 4,900 square feet for repairs, but it appears the clearwell has 31,000 square feet of surface area from our measurements can you confirm? 2. We are estimating approximately 900 linear feet of cracks between 1/32” and 3/8” – is this directionally accurate with your assessment?
